WHO WE ARE

Our Values

Five joyful children huddle together smiling under a sunny sky.

At Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to empowering children and supporting their child development through inclusive practices and a compassionate approach. Our therapy principles guide us as we strive to authentically collaborate with families, act with integrity, and pursue excellence while being a steward of the paediatric physiotherapy sector.

Our team is deeply committed to partnering with families and engaging with the child’s broader support network to foster trust, understanding, and knowledge. We aim to equip every child with lifelong skills, enabling them to reach for the stars.

Our Therapy Principles

Our therapy principles are grounded in expertise, innovation, fun, and compassion, focusing on child development. We believe that every child, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to move, explore, and engage with the world around them to reach their fullest potential through paediatric physiotherapy.

Our principles are built on: love, child-centred care, a strength-based framework, evidence-based therapy, listening more, talking less, a holistic and collaborative approach, fun and functional methods, long-term empowerment, and mutual respect and advocacy.
