When you engage in our complaints procedure or provide feedback through our feedback process, you can choose to remain anonymous if you wish. We'll only ever include the relevant parties needed to assist in resolving any pediatric therapy complaints.
We're here to assist you with the complaints procedure at Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy if you need support related to children's physiotherapy. If you'd rather not direct your pediatric therapy complaints to us, we can help you navigate your concerns with an external organization, such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission, NSW Ombudsman, The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), or the Human Rights Commission. Additionally, if you're interested in mobile physiotherapy services, we can guide you through the feedback process as an NDIS provider.
