How we'll respond

Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy, an NDIS provider, is committed to the timely, effective, and fair management of all complaints. We respond promptly upon receipt of your complaint within three (3) business days, either in writing or verbally. Whether related to children's physiotherapy or mobile physiotherapy services, we'll provide you with a realistic timeframe to resolve your complaint and achieve your desired outcome, all while acting professionally, respectfully, and courteously at all times.

Is my complaint private and confidential?

Yes. Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy, an NDIS provider specializing in children's physiotherapy and mobile physiotherapy, is committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality. When you make a complaint or provide feedback, you can choose to remain anonymous should you wish. We'll only ever include the relevant parties needed to help resolve your issue.

How else can we support you?

We're able to help you make a complaint with Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy if you require support and assistance related to children's physiotherapy. If you prefer not to make your complaint to us, we can also assist you in addressing your concerns with another external organisation, such as: NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission, NSW Ombudsman, The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), or the Human Rights Commission. Additionally, if you're seeking mobile physiotherapy services, we can guide you through the process as an NDIS provider.
