Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy is committed to the timely, effective and fair management of all complaints. We respond promptly of receipt of your complaint within three (3) business days either in writing or verbally. We'll provide you a realistic timeframe in which to resolve your complaint and reach your desired outcome while acting professionally, respectfully and courteous at all times.
Yes. Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy is committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality. When you make a complaint, or provide feedback, you can choose to remain anonymous should you wish. We'll only ever include the relevant parties needed to help resolve your issue.
We're able to help you make a complaint with Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy if you require this support and assistance. If you don't want to make your complaint to us, we can help you to make a complaint to another external organisation, such as:
