How we'll respond

Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy, a trusted NDIS provider, is dedicated to the fair and effective management of all complaints through our established complaints procedure. We understand the importance of your feedback process and ensure that we respond promptly to your pediatric therapy complaints within three (3) business days, either in writing or verbally. Whether your concerns are related to children's physiotherapy or mobile physiotherapy services, we will provide you with a realistic timeframe to resolve your complaint and achieve your desired outcome, all while maintaining professionalism, respect, and courtesy.

Is my complaint private and confidential?

Yes. Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy, an NDIS provider specializing in children's physiotherapy and mobile physiotherapy, is committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality. When you engage in our complaints procedure or provide feedback through our feedback process, you can choose to remain anonymous if you wish. We'll only ever include the relevant parties needed to assist in resolving any pediatric therapy complaints.

How else can we support you?

We're here to assist you with the complaints procedure at Greater Sydney Paediatric Therapy if you need support related to children's physiotherapy. If you'd rather not direct your pediatric therapy complaints to us, we can help you navigate your concerns with an external organization, such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission, NSW Ombudsman, The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), or the Human Rights Commission. Additionally, if you're interested in mobile physiotherapy services, we can guide you through the feedback process as an NDIS provider.
